- You may not require payment from candidates as a condition of applying or being hired.
- You must comply with all applicable labor, employment, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws.
- Candidate data accessed via the Service may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes and must be handled in accordance with privacy laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or marketing material.
